UUCR Hosts a Weekly Yoga Class - All Are Welcome to Attend

The word "yoga" in its literal and deepest translation means to yoke, or unite, with God. The asanas/postures are the stepping stone to that bigger picture of being connected to a higher source. Whether you are experienced or just wanting to try Yoga, come do so with fellow Members and Friends. You do not have to commit to a series - just come when you can.

Instructor Eileen Roehr has been a member of UUCR for over 10 years and has taught Yoga since 2006 to children, teens and adults. Her teaching has been influenced by the Anasara Style, Dr. Baxter Bell's "Yoga for healthy aging" and many other teachings. Eileen particularly enjoys individualized instruction.

This course is open to the public. All teens and adults are welcome. There is no upper age limit. Eileen specializes in adapting postures for individual's unique needs.
